Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–15 business days (depending on the supplier and product)
- Some specialty, custom, or pre-order items may take longer. Any extended shipping times will be noted on the product page.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments
Because we partner with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates. This is completely normal, and you will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number so we can assist you.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items have different processing and shipping times. The estimated delivery timeframe will always be listed on the product page.
