At Survive & Thrive NYC Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Pre-order items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products and downloads
  • Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, earrings, and other personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Dropshipping Products

Many of our items ship directly from trusted suppliers. Some products may have different return instructions depending on the supplier. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
